Barb has lived in the Tampa Bay Area most of her life, enjoying the last 35+ years living in our beautiful Gulf Beach communities, from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach. She spent her childhood in South Tampa. In her free time, Barb most enjoys spending time with her friends and family: daughter of 26, and son, 23, on Indian Rocks Beach at their Condo. Barb truly loves people- listening and learning about her clients goals and working to assure that she exceeds their expectations. Barb personally assures that her sellers and buyers have an outstanding real estate experience and that their expectations are exceeded. It's really all about the client, and providing personalized, discretionary service.

Lisa has lived in Florida for over 35 years both on the beaches and then Old Northeast St. Pete for the recent 8 years. She brings years of experience as Vice President - Store Manager at Macy’s Department stores and was recognized year after year for delivering top results and highest customer satisfaction ratings in the corporation.

She understands that taking care of the client, knowing the details and follow through are of utmost importance. She also brings practical experience as a Real Estate investor, has keen knowledge of the market, strong negotiation skills and ultimately brings her retail experience to light in staging and marketing of properties.

She loves spending time with her sons Thomas and Ben and her family and friends across the country… and every minute she can outdoors walking, biking, swimming and gardening in beautiful Old NE.

Corine is a local native who graduated from HB Plant High School, studied business management at Nova Southeastern University, and attended St. Joseph's Convent in Grenada, WI, giving her a unique global perspective and deep knowledge of the local market. Having successfully managed her Grenada rental properties, she loves applying her sharp business acumen and real estate expertise to create successful moments for clients on the Barb Ulrich Realty Team. Outside of real estate, Corine loves traveling the world and cherishing time with her son, daughter and son-in-law, and three beloved grandchildren.

Jane has lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 20 years, bringing a deep local knowledge combined with her roots in Kansas, Nebraska, and Silicon Valley. A graduate of Emporia State University, she spent 20 years in IT project management for major international and security companies before transitioning to real estate. Jane loves applying her tech-forward skills to make the buying and selling process seamless and efficient for her clients, from house hunting and getting a listing market-ready to negotiating the best deal every step of the way.
