"Barbara goes over and beyond for her clients

My brother and I lost our mother earlier this year and had to sell her home after extensive flood damage due to Hurricane Helene. Her passing was unexpected so it was a difficult time for us and we had some big decisions to make on whether to rebuild the home or sell it. Barb was there for us as we considered each option carefully. She was so helpful with providing us with market data and connecting us with builders and realtors who could advise us on alternative options. In the end, our best option was to sell the home and Barb did a phenomenal job marketing our damaged property in a very uncertain market.
